Alembana was founded in 2016 by Mr. Yoni Setiabrata under the name Alembana Resto, at that time Alembana Resto was just an ordinary place to eat, then managed by Agus Purwanto and innovated as a coffee shop and casual dining in 2018 to be precise in december and the name Alembana Resto was changed to Alembana.
